Merge Documents in MOL Pro
You can merge like mailpieces together into one document in MOL Pro. This is particularly useful for letter sized products.
To merge documents together, log in to Click2Mail and access your Dashboard by clicking "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the interface.
Click "My Documents", located under My Assets in the menu on the left.
Your My Documents table will load. Click "Merge Documents".
Click the Product Type menu. Select the product type and click "Continue". You can only merge like product types.
All the documents of that product type will load. Select the documents you want to merge and click "Continue".
Give the document a name. Determine the order you want the documents arranged in the new file by clicking menus in the Merge Order column. Click "Merge documents" when you're finished.
The document will appear in your My Documents table and be available for use in a mailing.
