Duplicate a Job
If you want to resend a previous mailing, you can duplicate the job. Once you duplicate the job, you can change the document, return address, mailing list and job options before proofing and submitting the order. You will not be able to duplicate cancelled jobs.
To duplicate a job, log in to your account and click "MY Account", located in the upper right-hand corner of the interface.
Locate the job you want to duplicate in your projects. You can search for jobs within a project by entering the document name, list name or job number into the search field and clicking Search. Once you locate the job, click the Action menu under the job status and select "Duplicate Job".
Select a project for your job or create a new one and click "Continue".
You can make changes to the document, mailing list, return address or job options by clicking the Edit, New or Change buttons. Click "Continue" when you're ready to proceed.
You'll be asked to download and approve the proof before continuing to checkout to complete your order.
